ORANGE FUDGE TRUFFLES

  • 1 c. cream
  • 16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 T. orange peel
Bring cream to a boil. Pour over chocolate and orange peel and mix thoroughly. Chill. Shape into balls and dust with cocoa.
