Put in mixer:
Add approximately 3 cups flour (until it starts to clean the sides of the bowl). If you're using a hand mixer, you will need to beat this with a wooden spoon and then put it on your counter to knead in the final flour.
Put the dough in a bowl that has been lightly coated with oil -- turn it over so there is oil all over the dough. Cover it with a cloth or put the lid on if it is Tupperware and let it rise for about an hour.
Roll out dough to probably a little less than 1/4 inch and cut in circles with a glass or doughnut cutter or whatever. I melt a little butter on my cookie sheet (I put it in the oven). Then I brush the circle of dough on the pan, fold the circle and place it where I just brushed the pan.
Let rise for two hours.
Bake 425° for 10-12 min.
