- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 ounce sour cream (light)
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Mix everything together and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
