COOL WHIP COOKIES

• 1 pkg cake mix
• 2 c. Cool Whip
• 1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix all ingredients together. Dust hands with powdered sugar and roll about a tablespoon of dough into a ball. 

Place on greased (or sprayed) cookie sheet--about one dozen per sheet. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes until done. Simple, fast, and tasty!
