CHOCOLATE LOVERS CHEESECAKE

  • 2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 Oreo Pie Crust (can be found on the baking aisle)
Preheat oven to 325°. 

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with a mixer until well blended. Add eggs and mix. Stir in melted chocolate. Pour batter into crust. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool and refrigerate before serving.
